Please read them carefully. By clicking “Confirm & check out” you confirm that you have read – and accept to be bound by – these user TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the information provided in our FAQ section and that you give your consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Section 3 below.
The website is intended for users who are 18 years of age and older. Thus, if you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to submit any personal information on the website.
The content of the www.kuji.ro site may be altered, modified, updated in any way, including alteration regarding its structure, accessibility, and this can be done without prior information to its users or third parties. These stipulations are complemented by the following Romanian legislation: OUG nr. 130/2000, Law no.296/2004, Law no.667/2001.

Once you have found, or designed, the product you want with us, you can order it here online. Once you place your order, and the payment via bank transfer is confirmed, we create the product entirely according to your wishes. You pay your product via bank transfer and we dispatch your order within approximately 3 months, 90 days, with a fast courier company to your specified delivery address. However, all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will store a record of your transactions.
- PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel it and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
The price at checkout is the final price of the product exclusive of shipping costs. The delivery cost will be confirmed to you via email after submitting your order and finalizing all its details.
The use of a promotional code is made by introducing the code in the specially designated box localized in the Checkout area of the website. This code can only be used once for a single transaction. Make sure that you have introduced the code before placing the order. The promotional codes cannot be used after placing the order.
- ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, receive your bank transfer, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removed, any materials or content on the Site has been edited or changed, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
All pictures should be seen as illustrations, and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact product appearance and characteristics. Our samples should be considered as indicative only, as every order is custom made. Possible color variations may occur and we will not be liable to you or any third party for this. In the event of errors in the storage status, we reserve the right to correct this. This means that if a product in our assortment has been withdrawn or otherwise is not available with respect to reasonable efforts, we are not obliged to provide such a product even though the customer ordered the same. If payment has already been made for such a product, we will refund your money as soon as possible, and within 30 days at the latest.
Payment can be made via bank transfer to our company’s bank account, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon placing your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Order processing begins as soon as you submit your order. As a result, we cannot add or eliminate items after the order has been placed. If you still wish to modify the order, please send an email at email@example.com and with respect to reasonable efforts we will try to modify it but we are not obliged to.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. If you are registered with us as a user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.
We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
- DELIVERY AND INSURANCE
We currently perform deliveries globally. We work with several fast courier companies and the delivery time after the product is made for you is about 1 to about 10 working days depending on the country, subject to any delays in shipping companies. Deliveries outside Europe may take longer and that depends on the courier, not on KUJI.
The delivery cost will be communicated to you once the order is confirmed.
The cost excludes import taxes which depend on your country.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 90 days, subject to payment clearance. Order processing may take longer during our sales period. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Romanian public holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If your order did not arrive within the expected timeframe that we provided, please check your inbox or phone to see if you received any notification from the carrier regarding your parcel or check with your family members or neighbors if they picked up the parcel for you. After that, attempt to contact us or the carrier service to check the status of the parcel you are waiting for. Please keep handy the AWB number that we send you where provided.
If you cannot attend the delivery, the courier will inform you about the undelivered package. This means that he/she will provide you all the necessary information in order to pick up your package thereafter. It is very likely that before the delivery, you will receive a text message or a telephone call from the courier.
- RETURN AND COMPLAINTS
If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have no right to cancel an order/contract for the supply of a product made to your specifications or that is clearly personalized. Most KUJI products are bespoke and cannot be returned. As a general rule, all of our products are made to our customer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. Accordingly, you have no right to cancel an order/a contract.
We take our quality vows very seriously and this will surely reflect on your level of satisfaction. But should you find anything wrong with your product, please notify us within 5 working days and we will do our best to solve the problem in the shortest possible time. We will also ask you for photographs that reflect the problem, sent at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also take into account the fact that if you already wore the product, it cannot be returned. If you do return the product because of production faults, we will try to fix it for you or we will make a new one according to your initial criteria.
Faulty or damaged products should be returned to Kuji Luxury SRL, to the address we will provide to you by email. If any dispute arises the public complaints committee recommendations will be followed. For returns or complaints, please contact customer service at email@example.com or telephone + 40 767 610 110.
In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued only if we cannot replace or recreate your product according to your initial order.
- PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Users’ personal data will certainly be confidential. The information we ask from users is the following: surname, first name, date of birth, personal address and delivery address, profession, company, telephone, personal email, company email, and any other data needed to process your order and offer an impeccable service.
We ask this information for the purpose of creating an evidence record of our clients and to know exactly how to satisfy their needs in the most efficient manner.
We will use your personal data for processing an order, in order to have statistics for the reason of improving our services provided to our clients, to easily provide our services to clients, and to efficiently manage our website. The data is stored and used also for information and marketing purposes. This means that KUJI, unless you expressed the objection in writing, may use your personal information to contact you by email via newsletters, by SMS, email or direct mail.
We treat your personal information with the utmost care and ensure that your customer data is only used by KUJI. We will not, without your consent, pass on your contact details unless it is required by law, if it is necessary for your order with us or if it is needed in order to protect the rights and properties of KUJI.
- LIMITS ON OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS is intended to affect your rights.
If we breach the TERMS AND CONDITIONS we shall only be liable for losses, which are direct losses and reasonably foreseeable consequences of such a breach. Losses are foreseeable where, for example, they could be contemplated by both of us at the time of you placing your order, and us dispatching your order. We shall only be liable for losses up to the total value of goods purchased. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our breach or negligence, indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by you and us (for example, loss of profits or loss of opportunity).
We accept no liability and are not responsible for incorrect measurements for your product, or for differences in colours or any other details between your product and the pictures on our channels. Your product is customized 100% to your liking and it is an artisanal good, therefore, it will be unique, and by putting an order in you accept this fact. We are also not responsible for failure to meet any of our obligations under the TERMS AND CONDITIONS where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us, and hold us harmless immediately on demand, KUJI, the officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS by you, including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.
